Daily Prayer to Receive the Holy Spirit
Start with one Our Father…
Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, I thank you for hearing and responding to my prayer.
Father, in the name of Jesus, please send me your Holy Spirit.
Jesus is my Lord and Savior, and I believe his promise in Luke 11:13. I believe that You will send me Your Holy Spirit when I pray for it. Lord, I have faith, but please help my unbelief.
I invite you, Holy Spirit, to come into my mind, heart, soul, and spirit. I offer You my life of prayer, so that You may pray for me, so that it is Christ and not me who prays. I want to be led by your inspirations.
I invite you, Holy Spirit, to live in me, and to perpetually fill any empty spaces of my being.
I invite you, Holy Spirit, to seal me with your love after each confession, each act of reconciliation, each time the Lord redeems me and saves me from the enemy.
Holy Spirit, please let me be a home to You, renew me so that I may become the person God truly created me to be.
Holy Spirit, please work within me and transfigure me according to God’s will.
Heal all my wounds, and help me to fully surrender to God’s will. Clean my thoughts and replace any lies or confusion with the Truth and clarity.
May the Most Precious Blood of Jesus cleanse my mind, heart, soul, and spirit, and then, may I be sealed with the Holy Spirit.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, may your Holy Spirit complete your work in me, and lead me to a deeper relationship with You through my Lord, Jesus.
